Our observer territories are listed below. Observers include territories where data protection or privacy law is under discussion, or is being implemented.

• Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

Other entities, whose functions and activities are compatible with the mission and mandate of the Common Thread Network, may also be granted Observer status.
